Pleyos pricing is per active seat per month. Pending invitations and disabled users do not count. The MVP is provisioned with Business capabilities for early customers while the billing provider is not yet integrated.

Billing model
Pleyos bills active seats. Nothing else.
- An active organization member counts as a billable seat.
- Pending invitations do not count as billable seats.
- Disabled users do not count as billable seats.
- Owners, organization admins, and members count the same when active.

Will my organization be charged during the MVP?
No. Payment processing is not part of the Orion MVP. New active organizations are manually provisioned with Business for three years.
What counts as a billable seat?
Only active organization members count. Pending invitations and disabled users are excluded, regardless of role.
What happens when a subscription expires?
Pleyos never deletes customer data. Premium actions are blocked until the subscription is renewed, and protected issue visibility stays enforced.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Tier changes are handled by Pleyos and apply to the entire organization. Per-user tiers are not supported.
